We feel that there are services to perform as we demonstrate our willingness to diligently work for our clients. We need to work initially to prove that we are the best selection for your architectural needs and we provide such services at no cost.

These consultations are as follows:

We will visit any property or home that you may be considering for purchase and evaluate it for your purposes. We will research all applicable codes and determine if the property will support your intentions, and determine the permits and obstacles you will encounter in reaching your goals. This is all performed before you purchase the property or hire us for other services.

We will perform the same service noted above for realtors, when listing or showing any property to determine any issues and to offer more information to support the proper offers and values.

We will meet with any prospective client to review wishes and needs and discuss any questions about the validity or process for the project they are contemplating.

And of course, we will meet with any prospective client as an initial consultation to demonstrate our work, abilities and methods, as well to learn about your thoughts, plans, wish lists and needs. Often, design ideas begin to germinate in that first meeting.
